JGM2-113 coal mill is the medium speed roller type coal mill. Its pulverizing parts constitute a rotating ring and 3 grinding rollers that roll along the grinding ring, and the rollers are fixed and each can revolves on its axis. To be pulverized raw coal falls on the grinding ring from the central coal drop duct of the mill and the rotating grinding ring moves the raw coal to the grinding ring raceway with the centrifugal force.The raw coal is pulverized by the roller.The three grinding roller are evenly located along the circumferential direction of the grinding disc ducts, the grinding force is generated by the hydraulic loading system, through the static 3-points system, the grinding force uniformly acts on the 3 grinding rollers. The force passes through the grinding ring, grinding roller, press frame, pull rod, transmission disc, reducer, hydraulic cylinder and passes through the carriage to the foundation.Raw coal grinding and drying at the same time, the primary air enters evenly the periphery of the thrust ring, conveys the pulverized coal mixture that is tossed out in the tangential direction of the grinding ring to the upper part of the coal mill separator, the mixture is separated inside the separator , the coarse pulverized coal is selected and conveys back to the mill for re-grinding; the qualified fine pulverized is brought out of the separator by the primary air.Heavy pebbles,coal,pyrite and iron pieces that are difficult to grind and cannot be blown by the primary air fall into the primary air chamber through the thrust ring, and are scraped into the slag discharge box by the scraper. Regular manual cleaning can be carried out, and the process of slag removal can also be carried out during the grinding operation.

JGM2-113 roller coal mill is driven by squirrel-cage asynchronous motor. The grinding disc torque is transmitted by the vertical bevel gear reducer. The reducer also bears horizontal and vertical loads caused by upper weight and grinding load.

The lubricating station for the reducer is used for the filtration.It cools the gear oil of reducer to ensure good lubrication inside the reducer.

The equipped high pressure oil pump can load the coal mill by loading the oil cylinder, and can realize the coal mill to start,stop and idle running( lift the grinding roller)

Usually a coal mill is equipped with a sealing fan, or several mills share a sealing fan, and the sealing fan is for rod sealing, rotary separator and grinding roller sealing.
