JLMS roller mill is used for the pre-grinding of cement clinker. Its working principle is: clinker enters the mill through the center chute: the material falls to the center of the grinding disc by gravity. The grinding disc is firmly connected to the reducer and selects the rotation at a constant speed. The constant-speed rotation of the grinding disc distributes the ground material evenly and horizontally on the lining plate of the grinding disc, where the tire-type grinding roller bites the material and crushes it. Under the action of the hydraulic system, pressure and friction are generated between the grinding disc, the grinding roller and the material, thereby grinding the material.
The centrifugal force throws the crushed material from the middle of the grinding disc to the edge of the grinding disc, and the material leaving the grinding disc drops to the lower shell part of the mill under the action of gravity: the scraping plate scrapes the ground material to the discharge port. After the material exits the mill, it is sorted by the powder separator: the material that has not been crushed to the specified requirements is sent back to the mill for re-grinding; the material that meets the requirements is sent to the next process for grinding.
The mill is equipped with a cold air inlet, which can reduce the material temperature to a lesser extent. The dust collector interface is provided above the mill, and the dust collector fan can maintain the negative pressure inside the mill, and can collect and transport the dust in the mill to the next process.
